Introduction

Our service had been providing counseling service to residents of Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai districts since1989.

From December/ 2005 onwards, Caritas family service mode was transformed to "Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre".  
Under our new name, "Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre - Tin Shui Wai", we continue to provide preventive, supportive and therapeutic counselling services to residents.

Service Objectives

1. To improve, strengthen and consolidate each family member's contribution to a loving and harmonious family.
2. To provide professional and prompt individual counseling service to enhance individual's coping when meeting family crisis.
3. To connect community resources to individuals and families in order to match their needs,also to build up mutual helping and supportive community.

Service Boundary:

Tin Shing Court, Locwood Court, Tin Shui Estate, Tin Wah Estate, Tin Yan Estate, Tin Oi Court and Tin Chak Estate.

Application/ Termination of Service

• Service users may apply for our service during office hours in person, by telephone.
• We receive referrals from other agencies.
• Under special circumstances, service users or the social worker in charge may terminate the service.

Service Charge

• We provide free counseling service to residents staying in the service boundary.
• For our specialized services, such as mediation, pre-marital counselling service and so on, service fees may vary.
