With decades of service development and integration of resources of family service centres across various districts, Caritas Family Service currently operates eight Integrated Family Service Centres (IFSCs) located in Aberdeen (Tin Wan/Pokfulam), Shaukeiwan, Tung Tau (Wong Tai Sin Southwest), Shatin, Fanling, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun and Tsuen Wan (East). The IFSCs create a network of community resources and adopt multiple, interactive service modes, aiming at promoting the relationship and harmony among family members, strengthening and consolidating family functioning.
Service Mission

Our service is essentially a movement of mutual understanding and concern, of caring and service.
Under the direction of "child-centred, family-focused and community- based", we provide professional service to facilitate harmonious relationship among family members and develop their potential to face challenges, in order to achieve "Family Strengthening, Community Building".
Service Objective
- To promoting the relationship and harmony among family members, strengthening and consolidating family functioning.
- To increase the individual and family’s problem solving ability, to provide emotional support and alternatives in problem solving.
- To liaise community resources, to publicize and to build up a mutual support community.
Service Content and Format
- Family Counselling Service: include professional counselling service, crisis intervention and therapeutic groups for the users to face their adversity.
- Family Support Service: include family life education programmes, community education activities, marriage enrichment programmes and groups, mental health educational/supportive programmes, mutual help groups, family aid service, referral and enquiry service.
- Family Resource Service: include books, video and newspapers resource corners, recreational activities and interest classes, programmes for preschoolers, volunteer training and activities and other parent-child activities.

- Potential service users may approach IFSC in person or by telephone
- Can be referred by other agencies
Service Charge
- Professional counseling service: free of charge
- Groups, activities, pre-marital counseling and others: fee will be charged
