Starting from 1966, Caritas Family Service began to provide service to residents in the region of Wong Tai Sin and Sai Kung. We became an Integrated Family service Centre(IFSC)in 2005 and changed our centre name to Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre – Tung Tau (Wong Tai Sin South West). In the spirit of Caritas, with God’s love and care, we are committed to provide diverse services to strengthen individuals’ and families’ capacities to handle adversities; inspiring the cohesiveness and positive values of the family.
Service Objectives
We support and strengthen individuals and families through delivering of services under the direction of 'child-centred, family-focused and community-based.'. through a one-stop comprehensive service model. Enable and utilize their internal strength to enhance their abilities to face adversity. Promote mutual help spirit so that families could effectively cope with problems and challenges.

Residents in Wong Tai Sin South-West District:
Tung Tau Estate, Mei Tung Estate, Lok Fu Estate, Wang Tau Hom Estate, Fu Keung Court. Hong Keung Court, Tak Keung Court, Ka Keung Court, Tin Ma Court, Tin Wang Court, San Po Kong. The Latitude, Tung Wui Estate, Le Billionnaire, Billionnaire Royale, Rhythm Garden, Choi Hung Estate, King Tai Court, Fortune Garden Wealth Garden, Bay View Garden, Sun Lai Garden, Choi Hung Villa, Ngau Chi Wan Village, Ngau Chi Wan Fire Station, Man Tak Hse, Hing Yip Building, Junction Road (odd number 27-103 even number 152-188)
Service Content
Service content consists of three major components:
- Family Counseling Service: Intensive counseling, crisis intervention and therapeutic group
- Family Support Service: Family life education programs, mutual help and support groups. Educational and developmental groups. Family support scheme. Brief counseling and referral services.
- Resources Service: Drop-in service, play corner, loan out service of books and toys, newspaper periodicals, community resources, volunteer development, interest classes.
