Caritas Addicted Gamblers Counselling Centre
Caritas A G Counselling Centre, funded by the Ping Wo Fund of Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, was established on 15 October 2003. The Centre comprises registered social workers, certified gambling counsellors, welfare worker as well as clerk II. It aims to counsel the gamblers with gambling disorder and their family members.

Service Flowchart
- Call Gamblers’ Hotline (1834633 and press 2) or Centre’s Direct Line (2499 7828) directly during the office hours and talk to our counsellor
- A help seeker’s name, age, marital status, gambling situation, living district and contact numbers will be collected for registration.
- A designated counsellor will be assigned by the centre-in-charge to handle the case.
- A call from a designated counsellor will be received to fix the appointment within two working days.
- An intake counselling session with needs assessment and understanding of the specific problems will be conducted at the appointed time.
- Formulating a plan for continued ongoing counselling will be started.
- The length of counselling can last for three months or even a year. It depends on the complexity of specific problems, needs and circumstances.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10am to 6pm
Wednesday, Friday: 10am to 10pm
Saturday: 2pm-10pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays
