Queen's Hill, Co-creation

"Queen's Hill, Co-creation" Project was funded by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund between April 2021 and September 2025. This project, adopting the "Community- Family-Welfare" cross-sectoral collaboration model, facilitates different stakeholders to support the needs of residents of Queen's Hill Estate in Fanling and help them to adapt to the life in the new community. Through organizing family activities, the project links up families to build mutual trust and help relationships, and further build community support networks for families and carers in the Estate.

"Queen's Hill, Co-creation" Project successfully concluded on 30 September 2025. Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre – Fanling will continue to provide family support and counseling services to residents of Queen's Hill Estate, strengthening their families' positive functions, and jointly building a harmonious and happy new community.
